Walnut Tree Cottages are pretty little houses situated in the village of Settefrati about half way down the hillside between San Donato and Atina. They are in the grounds of the restaurant of the same name that has the coveted “Azienda Agrituristica” licence. This is earned by the establishment only when the authorities are convinced that everything served in the restaurant has been home produced, cooked to traditional recipes, and served in traditional style. |

The three houses each have a large sitting room with an open feature fireplace at one end and a fully equipped kitchen area at the other. There is a large double bedroom that contains two bunk beds as well as the double bed. The bunk beds can be removed altogether or placed in the sitting room according to choice. The spacious bathroom includes a washing machine, which adds to the feeling that although presented as holiday houses one could comfortably live here permanently. |

There is a standard additional cost per week
for an infant of up to 2 years of Euros 70.00 or £49.00. For a
child of 3 years to 13 years the addition is Euros 99.00 or
£69.00 per child. |
